Rock and Salt

Do the chicken dance with me with these boots!

My cousin gave me this Everlast boots from US last December cause she knows that I collect shoes since we were seven. So when she found out that I post my outfit on lookbook, she asked me to wear the shoes in one of my photos on lookbook so she could see them. I liked the shoes tho their half an inch bigger my size. Lol

Feeling a little bit of a rock star today! I wore my printed shirt over my Black Jacket and paired it with my black pants! I also made sure to wear this pair of boots to add an impact in my whole look! So what do you think? Did I pull it off? Rock and Roll everyone!

What makes the shirt awesome is the cross with wings
as well as the velvet texture of it.

Shoes from Everlast.
I like the print of the shoes, they remind me of the prints from 2010!
Camouflage is one of my favorite prints!

So yeah! Let's do the Rock and Roll and

Red and Formal

This is actually a late post regarding my outfit post from lookbook.
This look was posted last February 09, 2012.

Forget about that black suit or your dark blue tux! It's time to wear those red pants when it comes to Formal looking fashion! Formal is not always for dark colors, sometimes you have to play with the bright colors as well. Just make sure that it will fit you and will look good on you. Wear something formal with a hint of Hippie slash Swag outfit!

The necktie and the vest that I'm wearing in this photo
were actually my uniform in school made by Mr. Frederick Policarpio

Red jeans from Bench TM l Shoes from Boby USA l Eye Glasses from Oakley

Made sure that I will wear my silver watch to have a corporate-ish look.

Flower and Pastel

Thought of something that I could wear during this rainy season in our country!
Wearing floral on this rainy day and matched it with my all time favorite color -- Black!

Black all the way-- black is always elegant and you can always pair it with different prints. Today, I decided to wear all black with my bright floral shirt. Floral is not only for summer. You can also wear it during rainy days like this!

Travel Photo Diary: NYC Fashion Walk

The Garment District, also known as the Garment Center, the Fashion District, or the Fashion Center, is a neighborhood located in the Manhattan borough of New York City. The dense concentration of fashion-related uses give the neighborhood –
which is generally considered to lie between Fifth Avenue and Ninth Avenue, from 34th to 42nd Street – its name. The Garment District has been known since the early 20th century as the center for fashionmanufacturing and fashion design in the United States, and even the world.

Less than one square mile in area, the neighborhood is home to the majority of New York’s showrooms and to numerous major fashion labels, and caters to all aspects of the fashion process–from design and production to wholesaleselling. No other city has a comparable concentration of fashion businesses and talent in a single district

New York City is arguably the fashion capital of the United States and the entire world because the industry based there generates over $14 billion in annual sales and sets design trends which are mirrored worldwide.[citation needed]The core of the industry is Manhattan's Garment District, where the majority of the city's major fashion labels operate showrooms and execute the fashion process from design and production to wholesaling. No other city has a comparable concentration of fashion businesses and talent in a single district.

And yes, during my stay in NYC, I was able to pass by the famous Fashion walk of fame. My Auntie brought me there before we head home. I was in awe when I saw some of my favorite Designers! Enjoy the pictures guys!

Btw, I must say that The Garment District is located in the heart of Manhattan.

Travel Photo Diary: NYC

One hand in the air for the big city Street lights, big dreams all looking pretty!
No place in the world that can compare,
Put your lighters in the air, everybody say yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

I arrived in New Jersey around three thirty-ish in the afternoon from Jacksonville, FL.
My auntie fetch me and brought me to her house in Hackensack, NJ. Around five in the afternoon she asked me if I still have the energy to go to NYC and visit Times Square, Madison St., SoHo and  to grab some foods for dinner.

(pictures from my first day will be uploaded ASAP)

The following day,

We left Hackensack early in the morning. My auntie bought tickets for two for the bus tour and for the NYC cruise for two days. I was glad when my Auntie told me that I could still see the beautiful places in NYC in 2 days. Yes, I was only in New York for 3 days and 2 nights.

It was my dream since I was kid to see New York City in person. I could only see these beautiful places here on movies and TV series. And yes, I can't really explain the excitement that I actually felt when I saw NYC again and of course my Empire State Building (yes I call it "My ESB" lol)
We rode the bus tour in the morning, and the free ferry ride going to Staten Island in the afternoon. Met my Malaysian friends in NY China Town and grabbed some lunch in Joe's Shanghai which is actually the famous restaurant when it comes to dimsum. We went to the Statue of Liberty Park too!

Before we head home, we visited the Empire State Conservatory. Wow, I can't believe I'm going to the 86th floor of the Empire State and to see the beautiful city of NYC during night with all the sparkling lights from the sophisticated buildings.

Before our City Bus Tour
